Do you fancy yourself as a future Shooting Olympian? Or perhaps you know someone who does?

On the 13th September 2016, Park Farm Shooting in Worcestershire will play host to British Shooting’s Olympic Schools’ Experience - a competitive shooting event, aiming to identify and develop the next big stars of Olympic Shooting.

Competitors may compete individually, or as part of a team, and entries are open to hopefuls of any age, gender, and ability. The competition will take the form of 25 Down the Line (DTL), and 25 Sporting targets. Individual winners will be decided using an Olympic-style semi-final, and final format, with team scores taken from the 50 targets in the preliminary rounds.

Entrance is charged at £25 per competitor, and entrants must have access (or shared access) to a suitable gun, cartridges, and personal safety equipment.

Medals will be presented to the top three placings in individual and team categories.

The day will be held from 9:45 - 16:00 at Park Farm Shooting, Park Farm, Main Road, Ombersley, Droitwich, Worcestershire, WR9 0EX.

British Shooting Ltd. are passionate about encouraging a new generation of athletes to Olympic style competition with the hope of inspiring them to further participation in the Olympic shotgun disciplines.
